Instructions for deleting your Temporalo account and associated data

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your Temporalo account and all associated data, please follow these steps within the Temporalo application:

  1. Sign in to your account at app.temporalo.com
  2. Navigate to Account Settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Settings" from the dropdown menu
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page
  4. Click on "Delete Account" in the "Danger Zone" section
  5. Confirm your decision by entering your password and clicking "Permanently Delete My Account"

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your account information (email, name, password)
  • All time blocks and schedules you've created
  • Your preferences and settings
  • Usage history and analytics data associated with your account

Data Retention

While most of your data is deleted immediately, some information may be retained for the following periods:

  • Backups: Your data may remain in our encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days after deletion
  • Legal requirements: We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention

After these retention periods, all your data will be completely and permanently deleted from our systems.
